Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your PATCH10 garments and are satisfied with your purchase! If that isn’t the case, we will gladly accept returns of unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Send us an email at brynn@patch10.com, and we'll be happy to provide instructions in order to process your return or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns received within 30 days of the order date, you will receive your refund, minus any original shipping charges, to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original payment method after 30 days. Once we receive your item(s), please allow 7-10 working days to process your refund.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We will replace items that are defective or damaged. Once we have received your item, we will make the exchange and cover the cost of shipping for your new item.

Final Sale ItemsUnfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
